Stacey “The Loan Lady” started Sundance Lending Company in November 2019. Within her first 3 months she reached Pinnacle status with her preferred lender. In her first 12 months she closed over 100 loans as a solopreneur. Stacey realized her life’s purpose, her true mortgage nerdiness, and how much good she can do for others when she closed a refinance for her cousin. She realized her cousin was now able to spend the money saved on her family; she realized her job makes a huge difference in peoples’ lives.
Stacey is open and honest about her struggle with anxiety and depression and wants anyone who deals with them to know “it gets better!” You can struggle with mental health issues and still be successful. She has battled through by seeking professional help, systemizing her life, and surrounding herself with people who make her stronger. Stacey loves loans, ukuleles, her labradoodle Hunter, and her husband Mike.

LeeAnn started working with Sundance Lending in October 2020 and it has been the “best decision of her life.” She has worked in the financial industry since 1994 in a variety of positions and started mortgage lending in 2005. LeeAnn is passionate about helping people reach their financial goals. She especially enjoys getting to know clients, which she swears is the best part of lending. Connecting with people on a personal level helps to ensure we are working together to get the best possible outcome. Nothing makes LeeAnn more happy than knowing she has helped to enrich the lives of others.
Outside of work, LeeAnn enjoys spending time with her family. LeeAnn and her husband Craig have 5 wonderful children and 2 perfect grandchildren. She enjoys cooking, camping, fishing, and supporting her kids in all their endeavors. She also loves to spoil her 2 miniature schnauzers, Dottie and Piper.
